Reynir Jónsson
President

Reynir Jónsson has over twenty-four years in the construction industry. He is the President of Imaginative Construction Solutions, Inc. His experience includes: project management, new construction and home alterations, inspections and permitting, purchasing knowledge, employee management, scheduling, quality control, cost control, setting and achieving high safety standards, estimating, constructability review & sub-contractor prequalification and input.  Reynir received an A.S. Degree in Construction Management and Business from Walla Walla University.                 

For 18 years Reynir has been a licensed general contractor in Idaho, Washington, Oregon and California where he & Tammy successfully owned and operated their construction company. He is devoted to maintaining unwavering commitment to quality, service, flexibility and integrity. He also has a Level I certification with the WTCA (Wood Truss Council of America).                

In addition to Reynir’s knowledge of all construction processes, he also offers computer literacy in the following computer applications: Excel, Outlook, Power Point, QuickBooks, Publisher, Microsoft Word, and Access. Reynir also holds an Excel certificate from Fred Pryor training seminars.  

Tammy Jónsson 
Project Administration, Sales & Marketing
     

Tammy Jónsson has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. Tammy, alongside Reynir has successfully owned and operated construction businesses in Idaho, Washington, Oregon and California. Tammy is the Sales/Marketing Manager for Imaginative Construction Solutions, Inc. She is a well-spoken, energetic, confident and personable, the type of person in which you and your clientele will rely. Focusing on business imperatives is a core value of Tammy’s, one that she brings to every project in which she works.
                         

Tammy’s work experience includes: A/P, A/R, sales and marketing, pulling permits and reviewing and creating contracts & negotiations. She maintains excellent communication between contractor, sub-contractor, engineer, architects and city and state agencies. Tammy’s qualifications also include scheduling, project management, purchasing, resolving vendor inquiries, reviewing and updating department procedures, conducting interviews of job applicants, processing new employee paperwork, writing job descriptions and, documenting processes and procedures.   Her computer skills include but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook, QuickBooks and website design. Tammy also holds an Excel certificate from Fred Pryor training seminars.
